1–5 years of hands-on assembly/manufacturing experience who is comfortable working with tools and small components and is looking to grow into more advanced electronic, mechanical, or optical assembly work. This is an entry-to-mid-level hands-on manufacturing role with hands-on assembly, following instructions, basic tools, quality, documentation, and willingness to learn optical/electronic work.
