You will be expected that you will effectively operate the department, continue the improvement of the department's processes and outcomes, comply with hospital and corporate policy and procedures, efficiently manage finances and resources, promote teamwork and customer satisfaction, and integrate the department services into the organization's overall plan for the delivery of care and service. As the Manager of Pharmacy Services, you will be responsible for taking on advanced responsibilities in the areas of pharmacy operations, technology and automation, medication safety, quality improvement, compliance, technician oversight and training, medication compounding and preparation, and education related to all aspects of pharmacy operations.
