Assembler Mon-Fri | 7a-3:30pm | Full-Time Crossville, TN   We are seeking a dependable and very detail-oriented assembler to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components, following production specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities <ul><li>Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications</li><li>Work with extremely small and precise components and parts </li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively</li><li>Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met</li><li>Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Report production issues or defects to supervisors promptly</li><li>Support team production goals and meet daily productivity expectations</li><li>Follow all company safety procedures and policies</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Extreme attention to detail is required; some parts handled are as small as 2.92 millimeters </li><li>Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with delicate components</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed</li><li>Dependable attendance and strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check</li></ul> Benefits <ul><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Additional healthcare benefits</li></ul>   If you are a motivated and reliable candidate with strong attention to detail and an interest in precision manufacturing, we encourage you to apply now.
