Administers the construction phase of projects by initiating and expediting all contracts and purchase orders, overseeing all related activities of the architect, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and users, and monitoring the budget and schedule to ensure meeting the Project goals. Coordinates all internal and external operations functions, ie: Facility Operations, tele-data (IS), EVS, Security, Infection Prevention & Control, and other appropriate support services as required for each project, and with other Facility Services Department personnel.
