Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre during post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, makes adjustments or modifications to treatment plan as indicated and notifies Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Physician as needed. With around 35 production sites spanning multiple continents, the organization runs one of the largest vertically integrated healthcare delivery and manufacturing systems in the world, designing dialysis machines, producing dialyzers and disposables, operating clinics, and developing clinical protocols under one umbrella.
