<strong>Now Hiring – Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours</strong><br/>KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring <strong>Welders, Painters, and Chassis Assemblers </strong>to join our <strong>Chassis Department</strong>. This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br/>• Perform welding on chassis frames and structural components (MIG preferred) <br/>• Operate welding equipment to assemble and repair metal components <br/>• Assemble chassis components including frames, axles, tires, and related parts<br/>• Install floor dollies/wheels and related components to chassis units <br/>• Apply paint and coatings to chassis and structural components <br/>• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed <br/>• Use spray equipment and tools to ensure even and consistent coverage <br/>• Read measurements and follow basic layouts for accurate assembly and welding <br/>• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and production standards are met <br/>• Maintain a clean and organized work area <br/>• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br/>• Welding experience strongly preferred (MIG preferred) <br/>• Painting, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus <br/>• Ability to operate welding equipment, spray equipment, and basic tools <br/>• Ability to read measurements and follow basic instructions/layouts <br/>• Strong attention to detail and quality <br/>• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic <br/>• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>Additional Requirements</strong><br/>• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment<br/>
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly<br/>
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift<br/>
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality<br/>
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>Schedule</strong><br/>• Monday – Friday<br/>
• Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM<br/>
• After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM<strong></strong><br/>
• Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)<br/>
• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div><strong>Pay & Benefits</strong><br/>• <strong>Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE (higher for experienced welders and skilled trades)</strong><br/>
• Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)<br/>
