JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision from the Assistant Public Works Director - Project Management this position collects, analyzes, evaluates, and interprets complex operational, financial, asset, infrastructure, geographic, and performance data to support Public Works operations, planning, regulatory compliance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. Develops and applies analytical methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize quantitative and qualitative data; develops dashboards, reports, visualizations, models, and decision-support tools; supports implementation and administration of departmental data systems; identifies key performance indicators; and performs related duties as assigned.
