Essential functions: Perform maintenance and repair of structures, electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilating, air conditioning and drainage systems and washer and dryers, recommend contracted assistance when on-center repairs are not possible. What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for accomplishing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings, assisting with technical trades such as electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems in compliance with government and management directives.
