This role is critical to ensuring accurate system design, pricing, and execution by capturing detailed site information the first time. You will work directly with our engineering, sales, and project teams while engaging with facility managers and property owners on-site. What You’ll Do <ul><li>Conduct on-site assessments of commercial and industrial properties for rooftop solar feasibility </li><li>Safely access rooftops (primarily flat roofs) to take measurements, evaluate conditions, and document layout constraints </li><li>Utilize drone technology, where appropriate, to capture aerial imagery and site data to support design and analysis </li><li>Assess structural elements including roof type, decking visibility, and general building conditions </li><li>Evaluate electrical infrastructure including service panels, distribution equipment, and potential points of interconnection </li><li>Capture detailed photos, measurements, and notes to support engineering and design </li><li>Engage with facility managers and building owners professionally to gather information and coordinate access </li><li>Lead internal post-site assessment meetings to communicate findings and guide design decisions </li><li>Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and documented properly to avoid rework</li></ul>What We’re Looking For <ul><li>Experience in commercial solar, electrical, construction, or a related field </li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems (panels, services, interconnection concepts) </li><li>Comfortable working at heights and accessing rooftops safely </li><li>Ability to navigate tight or confined spaces (attics, mechanical rooms, etc.) when needed </li><li>Strong attention to detail — ability to capture everything correctly the first time </li><li>Excellent communication skills — able to interact with both technical teams and non-technical facility staff </li><li>Team-oriented mindset — understands their role impacts the success of the entire project </li><li>Willingness to travel to project sites across the Northeast if needed </li></ul>

Summary: The Assessment nurse for the LIFE program is responsible for assessing referred community clients in their home setting using the New York State Uniform Assessment System (UAS) or the RN Initial assessment form and determining eligibility to be enrolled into a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

This position will also work collaboratively with other members of the enrollment and leadership team at LIFE to promote a streamlined enrollment process. Responsibilities: Educational Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, college or university required </li><li>Licensure and current registration as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New York</li><li>BSN preferred</li><li>BLS certification preferred</li><li>Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Licensed Home Health Agencies preferred</li><li>NYS UAS assessor experience preferred</li></ul> Experience Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum one (2) years relevant experience working with the geriatric population preferred </li><li>Home Care experience preferred</li><li>Acute medical surgical experience preferred </li><li>Experience with patient Review instrument (PRI) preferred</li><li>Knowledge of NYS Safe at home criteria preferred.</li></ul> Knowledge, Skills, Ability: <ul><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and have a car available for work use</li><li>Strong written & verbal communication skills</li><li>Computer skills required, i.e., software appropriate to position, word, excel</li><li>Ability to prioritize</li><li>Strong assessment skills required</li><li>Ability to multi task</li><li>All requirements related to patient contact apply to all staff, including contract workers, from the medical director to personal care assistants </li></ul>
