Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, as well as a clear aptitude for tablet and mobile device usage * Experience with Deltek Vision, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam, valued but not required * Must be willing to travel up to 40% for out-of-town assignments; On average, projects include one week in the field, followed by two weeks in office * Must be physically able to walk the stated areas each day, climb fixed and sometimes extension ladders, walk on roof surfaces up to a 3/12 slope.
