Create cost efficiencies through process improvement and effective field planning Support and drive utilization of RNGD initiatives, systems, and field technologies Develop a comprehensive understanding of each project through immersion in contract documents, plans, and specifications Establish and direct field execution strategies related to scheduling, logistics, manpower planning, and work sequencing Provide consistent on-site leadership across multiple projects while traveling between active jobsites Ensure efficient jobsite closeout and timely turnover of project facilities to owners and stakeholders. 6+ years of field leadership experience in civil or infrastructure construction environments Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure projects requiring consistent on-site supervision Strong understanding of civil construction processes, sequencing, and systems Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong team morale Ability to travel regularly and work on active construction jobsites.
