Ensure the care, condition, appearance, repair, or replacement of all physical equipment, buildings, facilities and grounds in the district including but not limited to: mowing, tree and shrubbery trimming, weeding, feeding, aerating, planting, turf seeding, edging, mulching, debris and litter pickup, snow plowing and salting, emptying trash receptacles, playground equipment repair, cleaning facilities as necessary. Perform general labor inside and outside facilities including operating power-driven equipment and assisting in the pickup, delivery and assembly of various equipment and supplies.
