Qualifications Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required Active TS/SCI + Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in government, military, or large-scale corporate settings Proven ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations tailored to diverse audiences Demonstrated experience managing task-tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences Reports to Chantilly up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client Desired Qualifications: Proactive interest in learning new skills and engaging new challenges Strong customer service skills with interest in proactively anticipating and addressing client needs Familiarity with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community (IC) structure, processes, and procedures Expertise in managing and utilizing task-tracking systems such as TIER or equivalent platforms Experience supporting leadership in protocol management for distinguished visitors, VIP visits, or high-level engagements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for managing data, reports, and collaborative workflows. The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), within the Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of enterprise and program level systems engineering, modeling and simulation, cybersecurity, acquisition support, and governance to the Space and National Intelligence community.
