The employee must frequently be able to work in a construction job site environment, including but not limited to working outside, working alone, excessive dampness, excessive heat/cold, fumes/smoke/gases/chemicals/solvents, walking on uneven surfaces, noise/vibrations, and working around moving equipment/machinery. Lead and participate in meetings, to include subcontractor coordination meetings, OAC meetings, safety meetings, preparatory meetings, preconstruction and red zone meetings, project kickoff meetings, inspector coordination meetings, local municipality/partnering meetings, and other project team meetings.
