Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements, including SaaS and hosted services agreements, software licenses, managed services agreements, master services and consulting agreements, statements of work, reseller agreements, staff augmentation agreements, vendor purchasing agreements, confidentiality agreements, and data privacy and protection agreements. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Commercial & Technology Transactions: Serve as a senior legal advisor to business leaders on a broad range of commercial transactions, with significant responsibility for matters supporting Information Technology and enterprise technology initiatives.
