The Dental Insurance Biller / Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for managing insurance claims, accounts receivable, payment posting, insurance follow-up, and assisting patients with scheduling, answering incoming calls, and coordinating appointments. Strong working knowledge of dental billing and PPO dental insurance, including claims, EOBs, preauthorizations, insurance estimates, frequency limitations, downgrades, and patient financial responsibilities.
