Reviews and opens on submittals and field changes during the construction phase Performs engineering design services associated with the development of Capital Improvement Programs and related design documents such as preliminary design reports, project cost estimates, cost/benefit analysis, value engineering reviews, and various evaluations and reports concerning system hydraulics, water supply, distribution, storage, treatment, and water quality projects. Role Functions: Leads a design team to perform or manage the preparation of site plans, including preparing grading plans to balance earthwork, developing stormwater capture and conveyance design, and ensuring vehicular access to pumps, wells, treatment systems, and conveyance system.
