Lead the analysis and preparation of technical drainage reports for diverse projects including open channels, closed conduit systems, drainage master planning, erosion control and water quality improvements, stormwater pump stations, green infrastructure planning and design, and transportation drainage design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and civil engineering principles, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, preparation of technical drainage studies, stormwater infrastructure design and the development of construction documents, with a focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
