As senior members of the City's leadership team, the Assistant City Managers serve as trusted advisors to the City Manager, providing executive leadership on complex initiatives, emerging issues, and opportunities to strengthen organizational performance and community outcomes. Development and Infrastructure encompasses Planning, Engineering, Building Inspection, Economic Development, Code Compliance, and Public Works Operations, including Facilities, Roads, Utilities, and the contracted operation of the Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
