Key Responsibilities: Assist the Engineering Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the mechanical maintenance program, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC units, plumbing systems, pumps, motors, boilers, chillers, air handlers, and other facility equipment.
