Keep Property Technicians productively engaged during slower or off-season periods through equipment maintenance, campus projects, Building Services support, snow response, and other appropriate operational work. This role supervises and works alongside Property Technicians while overseeing groundskeeping, landscaping, seasonal maintenance, equipment, and exterior property needs across LLV’s campuses.
