By building a healthy, collaborative relationship with the first-line Supply Chain Management team, monitoring risk management activities, and influencing material business decisions, you will ensure strict alignment with the Bank's operational risk appetite while delivering actionable risk insights to executive leadership and management committees (such as the Operational Risk Committee). Oversee, analyze, and evaluate first-line supply chain business processes, procedures, and controls to assess the control environment, identify process improvement and risk mitigation opportunities, and support the development of key controls, key risk indicators (KRIs), and management reporting.
