Once a project is underway, the PM assumes the responsibility of being the primary point of contact for the project team, including: the owner, design team, subcontractors and suppliers, and becomes accountable for all aspects of the project, including scheduling, permitting, subcontractor buyout, material procurement, change management and document control, financial management and owner invoicing, risk management, project closeout, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Physical Requirements: Workers must be able to: see well (either naturally or with correction); coordinate the movements of eyes, hands and fingers; use hands, arms and fingers fully; climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at heights as required; and list and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally more.
