Location: Fort Wayne, INSchedule: 2-4 days per month (Any weekday)Compensation: $800 per visitPosition Type: Independent Contractor (1099)About The OpportunityComprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Audiologist (AuD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Fort Wayne, IN.This is a clinic-based role where you'll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.If you're looking for meaningful, mission-driven work with schedule consistency — without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice — this opportunity offers flexibility and professional support.The SettingThis opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.• Clinic staff are on-site full time • Organized scheduling and patient flow • Coordinated, team-based care environment • Value-based model focused on seniorsWe manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality hearing care.What You'll Do• Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments • Diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions within your scope of practice • Fit and program hearing aids as appropriate • Provide patient education on hearing health and device use • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care teamWhat Makes This DifferentThis is not a high-volume retail model.Our audiologists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location.We emphasize:• Quality over volume • Consistency and predictability • Administrative and logistical support • Long-term clinic partnerships • Ethical, mission-driven healthcare deliveryQualifications• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree • Active IN audiology license • Experience treating senior populations preferred • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills • Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environmentsSchedule• 2-4 days/month • Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM  • No nights • No weekends • No billing or administrative responsibilitiesComprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is a family-founded healthcare organization with over 25 years of experience increasing access to care for senior and underserved communities across 20+ states. Ready to provide meaningful hearing care while maintaining flexibility?
