Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa rests on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. 72 room luxury Resort with amenities that include lodging, dining, UTV and Jeep tours, horseback riding, full service spa & air tours.The Night Auditor is responsible for the auditing of all charges and postings, correcting work as required; reconciles daily activity and closes all accounts in preparation for the new day. All information will be processed and formatted into daily reports and distributed as the Morning Reports. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently: process all payments according to hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors.<ul><li>Process payments to guest accounts; process adjustments, rebates, paid outs and credits as required.</li><li>Operate P.M.S. (Property Management System) and maintain security of system.</li><li>Verifies that all checks are closed; closes and logs any open check in the P.O.S. (Point of Sale) system.</li><li>Prints Food & Beverage end of day reports.</li><li>Audit Food & Beverage cashier's work and correct discrepancies.</li><li>Audit all miscellaneous charges. (Banquets, Bars, Spa etc.)</li><li>Verifies package postings on house accounts.</li><li>Checks high balances, gets credit card approval or other payment information.</li><li>Verifies charge routing on all group/master accounts, correct any errors and post accordingly.</li><li>Sends out Daily DOL, Manual Posted Charges report.</li><li>Input all sales figures into the P.M.S. and balance all accounts (Property Management System).</li><li>Run Room & Tax verifying that all room rates posted.</li><li>Verify Cashier's Report to drop log and paperwork.</li><li>Record room statistics.</li><li>Close P.O.S. after all work is balanced.</li><li>Run P.M.S. end of day program and close day.</li><li>Upload all necessary reports to Corporate reporting website.</li><li>Check in group house accounts.</li><li>Batch front desk credit card terminal.</li><li>Check that interfaces are up and running.</li><li>Run morning property reports and distribute accordingly.</li><li>Review Night Audit checklist and verify that all work has been completed.</li><li>Sign out and brief relief.</li><li>Restock all printers.</li><li>Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with on-coming Supervisor.</li><li>Other duties as reasonably requested.</li></ul>Full time, year round position - $19-$21/hourMedical, Dental, Vision & Life benefits401k EligibilityFriends & Family DiscountAssociate CafeteriaEconomical on-site housing - rent includes all utilities, internet & satelliteAssociate Clubhouse, Fitness Facility, PoolNoble House Hotels & Resorts are proud to encourage and support an environment where everyone can be a successful team member (come as they are) as their true authentic self. Position Description Primary purpose: <ul><li> Administrative Specialist for GPL - West - Division 3 Operations. </li></ul> Essential duties and responsibilities: <ul><li> Assist Area Manager and Area Supervisors in preparing, tracking, and managing the operational and capital budgets </li><li> Prepare invoices and enter into Lawson accounting system </li><li> Generate contracts, prepare general service agreements, work directives and request for services or materials </li><li> Time sheet review and entry into the HBS payroll system, maintain records including tracking of lost time, vacations and other employee records </li><li> Data entry for training records into the OQ ISNetworld program and tracking of company fleet vehicles </li><li> Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives </li><li> Maintain filing system for general office and DOT forms </li><li> Generate requisitions and do receiving in Lawson Procurement System </li><li> Reconcile and enter individual expense report coding into Lawson software </li><li> Inventory management including issuing, transferring, and auditing stock. </li><li> Answering phones </li><li> Other duties as assigned </li></ul> *Job level commensurate with skills, knowledge and experience. Position Requirements Education: <ul><li> High School Diploma </li><li> Associates/Bachelors Degree or equivalent (Preferred) </li></ul> Experience / specific knowledge: <ul><li> 3 to 5 years experience in office administration </li><li> Familiarity with budget development and cost tracking experience </li></ul> Certifications, licenses, registrations: <ul><li> Must hold a satisfactory driving record as determined by Kinder Morgan and a valid state driver's license. </li></ul> Competencies, skills, and abilities: <ul><li> Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other general computer skills </li><li> Strong verbal and written communications skills </li><li> Self starter, able to learn on an individual basis, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules </li><li> Ability to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and complete work with a minimum of supervision </li><li> Work in a team environment, take direction from and provide support to multiple supervisors, function in a multi-task environment to meet deadlines </li></ul> Physical Demands: <ul><li> Extended period of sitting may be required for administrative activities </li></ul> Working Conditions: <ul><li> Effectively work outdoors while wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (ex.
