Perform System Administration functions such as user account maintenance, application and OS patching and updates, antivirus updates, security/event log review and analysis, network documentation, data backup operations, troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution for hardware and software, documentation and coordination of incidents or reported problems, and user support and training. • Performs design, installation, configuration and maintenance of primarily MS Windows server and client systems ensuring operational capability and stability, system security, integrity of access controls, backup and disaster recovery operations.
