An Audit Senior will perform in-charge responsibilities as assigned on larger and more complex engagements. They will demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical accounting literature within the GAAP and SEC hierarchies and have an understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and common audit procedures and techniques for complex financial statement areas. An Audit Senior will develop and enhance client relationships through strong communication and project management skills. They will execute engagement planning activities which include gathering information for time budgets, coordinating all planning activities on engagements with the supervision and guidance from more experienced staff, and designing a risk based audit approach. On occasion, perform risk‑based supplier audits focused on manufacturing capability, quality controls, and adherence to purchasing and technical requirements.

Summary:Inspects parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints. Initiates non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications. Assures that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements. Initiates corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature. Completes, inspects and distributes all quality records and documents. Performs specialized testing as required. Verifies tests as required on all components and completed assemblies.
