Proven ability to source, structure, negotiate, finance, and close leveraged real estate transactions, including structures well beyond straight equity acquisitions (JVs, preferred equity, structured/mezz, note and entity-level deals). Collaborate closely with other company divisions such as Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management, and Tenant Coordination teams, to gather feedback, leverage their experience on prospective acquisitions, and ensure they have the necessary support to onboard the applicable asset.
