Position Overview The Automotive Service Advisor serves as the key point of contact between customers and the shop team, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish. You’ll greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and present maintenance and repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner. This role involves coordinating repair orders, maintaining communication between customers and technicians, and managing shop operations to ensure timely, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department, managing service advisors and support staff.</li><li>Maintain and improve CSI scores while handling a high daily RO count.
