The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft maintenance and be knowledgeable about Federal Aviation Regulations. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircraft fleet, performing routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform aircraft maintenance in strict adherence to company and manufacturer policies and specifications.</li><li>Ensure aircraft meet the highest standards of airworthiness and appearance.</li><li>Accurately sign off and document all performed work, accepting full responsibility.</li><li>Maintain vigilance for unsafe practices or hazards and report them promptly.</li><li>Conduct receiving inspections for parts and manage inventory logistics at locations without supply personnel.</li><li>Utilize tools and materials properly and maintain operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate and communicate with flight crews daily regarding aircraft condition and maintenance status.</li><li>Keep workspaces clean and organized during and after all maintenance tasks.</li><li>Supervise and instruct junior or assisting personnel as needed.</li><li>Stay updated on procedural and policy changes.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.</li></ul><p> </p></div></div></div></div><p> </p>
