<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br/></p><ul><li>Diagnose complex avionics system issues, including communication, navigation, surveillance, cabin management, and flight control systems.</li><li><strong>Troubleshoot and repair Flight Management Systems (FMS,) Satcom and Airborne Radio Telephone Systems, EGPWS/TAWS, communications, navigation, radar, TCAS/XPDR, DME, autopilot/flight director, audio, ADF, Cabin Management/In-flight Entertainment (IFE), and other sophisticated avionics/electronics systems .</strong></li><li>Interpret and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and STC instructions to isolate faults and determine corrective actions.</li><li>Perform on-aircraft troubleshooting, functional checks, and system-level testing on corporate aircraft avionics and electrical systems.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and other departments to resolve unique system discrepancies or modification challenges.</li><li>Repair or replace defective wiring, components, LRUs, connectors, or antennas to restore full operational capability.</li><li>Utilize OEM manuals, IPCs, AMMs, and FAA guidance to ensure repairs and alterations are in full regulatory compliance.</li><li>Assist with ramp service troubleshooting events and support AOG response efforts as needed.</li><li>Complete all required documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company’s quality standards.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and FOD prevention practices on the hangar floor.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong><br/></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li><strong>3+ years of hands-on Avionics experience</strong>—with a strong focus on troubleshooting and service/repair (not just installation).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of both electrical and electronic principles, and the ability to interpret complex schematics and system layouts.</li><li>Working knowledge of bonding and grounding techniques, continuity testing, and aircraft power systems.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship. </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Characteristics:</strong><br/></p><ul><li>Experience troubleshooting avionics systems on <strong>Falcon, Challenger, Gulfstream, Hawker, Embraer</strong>, or other corporate/business aircraft platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with cabin connectivity systems and avionics products such as <strong>Starlink, GoGo, SmartSky, Rockwell Collins, or Honeywell</strong>.</li><li>Prior exposure to maintenance tracking programs, STC packages, and engineering documentation is a plus.</li><li><strong>FCC License</strong> and/or <strong>FAA A&P License</strong></li></ul>

We are seeking an experienced <strong>Aircraft Structural Mechanic</strong> to<strong> </strong>perform internal and external sheet metal repairs, modifications, and installations to all aircraft serviced in our facility.
