Work as an individual or as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, planners, and scientific professionals to execute project work, assist with laying out installations, establishing reference points/elevations/grades to guide construction, calculating costs and quantities of material/equipment/labor, and ensuring project work conforms with specifications, permit applications, compliance documentation, and regulatory and technical analysis memos. Tasks may include assisting with the design, concept development, and construction of facilities for the landing, take off, movement of aircraft on the ground, parking of airplanes on loading aprons, maintenance and repairs of areas, access roads from the city side to airport, terminals and handling of passengers, baggage, and freight.
