This position acts as a strategic thought partner to the dotted line business leader, drives accelerated commercial and financial performance to meet business objectives in revenue, EBITDA, and other relevant financial metrics, and provides strategic leadership with hands-on implementation of both Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and associate engagement. 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in operational excellence with demonstrated success in both commercial and operations; line experience in commercial (5+ years sales, product management, marketing) or manufacturing (5+ years manufacturing leadership) preferred.
