You’ll be supported by an experienced regional leadership team and connected to a strong network that values mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth.Why Join Us?<ul><li>Modern, kid-friendly facility designed for comfort and efficiency</li><li>Cutting-edge technology combined with a compassionate care approach</li><li>A supportive network that encourages growth into leadership roles</li><li>The chance to make a meaningful impact on children’s health while advancing in your career journey</li></ul>Summary of Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Assist office managers in supporting and supervising back-office employees</li><li>Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties</li><li>Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)</li><li>Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment</li><li>Take impressions of the patient's teeth (models), extractions, composite fillings, etc...</li><li>Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)</li><li>Ask about the patient's medical history and take blood pressure and pulse</li><li>Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment</li><li>Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures</li></ul>At a Glance<ul><li>Certifications Required: CDA/RDA Preferred. EFDA course completion (as mandated per state requirements)</li><li>Additional Certifications: Coronal Polishing certification is a plus</li><li>Experience: no prior experience required</li><li>Job Type: Full-time</li></ul>Compensation and Schedule<ul><li>Salary: $28+ depending on experience. Additional increases for experience</li><li>Bonus Pay: up to $600 additional per month</li><li>Schedule: On-site.
