<div style="font-size:0.9em">Job Title: Bagger (2nd Shift)Location: Groveland, Florida Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday; availability required on weekends) Pay: $15.50Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Flex Duct Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling flex duct in a manufacturing environment, using both compressed air tools or manual methods. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently under supervision, and the physical stamina to handle both light and heavier products.<hr/>Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and load assembly tooling with raw material.</li><li>Identify raw materials by part number as per the production schedule.</li><li>Make adjustments to equipment when necessary to ensure smooth production.</li><li>Complete the First Article process and fill out quality documentation.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.</li><li>For manual assembly lines: Handle larger diameter products that may be heavier and more challenging to assemble by hand.</li><li>Perform additional duties and projects to support ongoing business needs as required.</li></ul><hr/>Knowledge & Skills:<ul><li>Strong basic math skills are essential.</li><li>Legible handwriting and clear reading of labels and numbers.</li><li>Ability to operate in a high-speed and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus in a dynamic setting.</li><li>Strong judgment, work ethic, and integrity.</li></ul><hr/>Experience:<ul><li>Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul><hr/>Education/Certification:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li></ul><hr/>Physical Requirements / Work Environment:<ul><li>Ability to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.</li><li>Manufacturing environment with forklift traffic.</li><li>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses with side shields, and gloves.</li><li>Must be able to stand (up to 90%), walk (up to 10%), and perform tasks that require stooping, bending, reaching, twisting, and turning.</li><li>Lift, carry, and push up to 40 lbs.</li><li>Repetitive motion involving hand-eye coordination, tool handling, and foot pedal movements.</li></ul><hr/>To Apply: If you are looking for a dynamic and hands-on role in a growing manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today!#OrlandoBranchCA</div>
