<p>Summary This position is located at the AC Read Golf Course in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department, Food & Beverage Service Division, Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. Incumbent operates the drink and snack cart on the Golf Course. Responsibilities Operates drink cart on the courseto sell drinks and food snack items to golfers. Items normally consist of cold beer and soft drinks, chips, crackers, candy and related foodstuffs. Ensures that standard prices are applied and that a clearly visible price list is available to customers. Stocks cart daily, assures that adequate stock levels are on hand to meet anticipated daily demands, collects money, and makes change. He/she maintains a change fund, counts daily receipts, maintains merchandise stock records and prepares daily reports. Observes and complies with sanitation and security regulations and procedures and performs routine cleaning and necessary for the sanitary operation of the unit. Performs various other related duties as assigned.
