Every member of our team plays a critical role. We are dedicated to serving our community and are committed to “doing what it takes” to satisfy our customer’s needs. We aim to make our store a great shopping experience.<br/><br/><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>1+ year of retail experience.</li><li><strong>Able to work a flexible schedule </strong>(combination of weekday mornings, afternoons, or evenings and some weekends) to support business needs.  </li><li><strong>Please do not apply if your schedule is not flexible enough to rotate different shifts.  </strong></li><li>Instills trust and ensures accountability.</li><li>Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.</li><li>Open to working 4-16 hours per week.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>General experience with hardware and eager to learn.</li><li>Efficiently able to use computers and/or POS (point of sale) system.</li><li>Collaborative and adaptable to carry out a variety of tasks.</li><li>Must be motivated and able to multitask between special assignments & customers at the register.</li></ul><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Assist in pricing, stocking, inventory, marking and bagging of merchandise.</li><li>Promote and sell items with a basic understanding to reach store goals.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.</li><li>Assisting with opening and/or closing procedures when needed.</li><li>Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs).<br/><br/></li></ul><div>Pay is $16 - $19/hr, dependent upon experience.  </div>
