Atwater's is a traditional bread bakery, making sourdough and yeasted bread, from simple raw ingredients (flour, water, and salt). The bread baker position is 4 - 10 hour shifts, mostly on your feet.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Be accurate in mixing, rounding, dividing, shaping, scaling, proofing, and baking to ensure consistency in daily production.
