Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture required; Master’s degree a plus; 12+ years of related experience; Passion for design excellence and the challenges of creating inspiring places in urban environments; Professional landscape architect license; LEED AP or AICP certification considered a plus; Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Prior project management experience with the ability to grow, lead, and cultivate staff; Knowledge of local, city, county, and state land use processes and regulations strongly preferred; Ability to interact well with senior leaders of the firm, coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies; Experience in report and proposal writing, billing, and budgeting; Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills both written and verbal; Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment; and.
