Duties will include but are not limited to leading a team of estimators, participating in, and implementing win strategies, presenting estimates to executive management and clients, reading and interpreting documents, solicitating subcontractors, analyzing drawings and specifications, value management, reviewing and assisting with proposals, and other duties as required to prepare cost estimates/proposals for various types of work (including self-perform).
