You’ll implement individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect behavior and skill acquisition data, and contribute meaningfully to each client’s progress. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children, adolescents and adults, helping them build essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies.
