RESPONSIBILITIES : Duties/Responsibilities : Conduct meetings with behavior technicians (mentees) during their initial 6 months of employment to discuss topics such as RBT certification, billing, note taking, data collection, professionalism, interpersonal skills, and ABA knowledge. . Physical Requirements and Work Environment : Must meet the physical requirements of the position, to include lifting of clients, packages, or equipment, accessing non-barrier free premises, and utilizing physical management techniques when required.
