What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavioral programming Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland) Collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Train, supervise, and support Behavior Technicians and instructional staff Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers Provide caregiver training and consultation to support generalization of skills Monitor treatment fidelity and adjust programs based on data and observation Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies Provide in-the-moment guidance and clinical problem-solving as neededHow Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High-quality, ethical, and effective behavioral programming Strong collaboration with schools, families, and clinical teams Consistent data-driven clinical decision-making Positive, sustainable outcomes for children Professionalism, reliability, and follow-through____ Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential (or eligibility, as applicable) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience implementing behavior analytic interventions Experience conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff School-based or community-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for working with children and supporting their growth in natural environments ____ Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design BCBA roles that: Balance autonomy with meaningful clinical support Prioritize quality, collaboration, and ethical practice Support clinician growth without burnout Value relationships with schools, families, and communities____ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
