Keys Federal Credit Union is hiring a part time teller to join our Stock Island branch team.Being a teller at Keys Federal Credit Union is more than just banking transactions; it's building relationships founded on service, integrity and trust. Working on the front line, our Tellers play an instrumental role in being the "frontline" of our credit union and playing a fundamental role in helping our member reaching their financial dreams.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct dozens of credit union routine transactions accurately and efficiently (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc.)</li><li>Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, member loyalty and satisfaction</li><li>Communicate with different types of people</li><li>Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses</li><li>Help find solutions to our members' issues and provide relevant information</li><li>Talk to our members about credit union products and services.</li><li>Comply with regulatory requirements</li></ul>As a teller, the ideal candidate has:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>One year of customer service experience</li><li>One year of cash handling experience</li><li>Excellent 10-key skills</li><li>Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and team mates at all times</li><li>Enjoys being part of a team and has the ability to work as a team player</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Basic PC knowledge</li><li>Bilingual/Spanish/Creole/Russian helpful, but not required</li></ul> Why join our team?!
