Responsibilities include: working with faculty and staff to determine the academic support needs of students in their courses, promoting the use of Academic Tutoring services to students and instructors, recruiting, hiring, training and supervising 10-15 undergraduate and graduate students, monitoring sessions, conducting new tutoring training, facilitating ongoing training as well as designing and conducting observations and evaluation of each service. With more than 100 majors, minors and programs, 19 Division I athletic teams and 150-plus clubs and organizations, Rider Broncs create their own pathways to success with the support of the University community.
