Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing individual supervisory meetings, building inspections, ongoing feedback regarding job performance, coordinating work schedules, timesheets and requests for time off, coordinating work assignments, evaluating paperwork and documentation including the Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books, coordinating security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation.
