Responsible for maintaining information integrity within NetSuite; Understands and executes the formal quoting, sales order, work order, shipping/scheduling, case, and RMA processes; Prepares products and parts for UPS shipping including document prep, packaging prep and carrier scheduling; Coordinate and properly communicate scheduling, shipping, delivery and follow-up on overall customer satisfaction after shipment is received; Investigate and resolve customer complaints/problems with deliveries; Travels up to 10% of the time to: Support existing accounts & solicit prospective customers; Attend trade shows, distributor open houses and distributors as needed; Prepares reports of business transactions and maintains accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, expense accounts, billing invoices, and other documentation. Marketing Support:
- Email and mail literature and other marketing information used in new distributor setup, and requests from current distributors as needed;
- Inform and communicate overall product information through callouts, mail-outs, emails and assist with targeted list mailings;
- Assists gathering literature and all other needs for marketing, shows and displays, helps get the outside sales reps ready for travel;
- Supports OEM Distributor Co-Op and spiff program requests.
