Overview: The DME Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing various typing and clerical tasks, DME patient intake including answering phone calls in a professional manner and processing patient requests, maintenance of patient files including scanning all documents required to properly bill DME, Responsibilities: Types correspondence, reports, forms, cards, and requisitions, etc., through the use of a computer and email. Enters date of receipt and quantity of items received on proper purchase order computer screen and posts information daily into computer system pertaining to partial or complete shipments received; posts other information as required to update stocks.
