Carry out the Sheriff's Mission and Vision and adhere to the Office's Core Values; Trust, Service, Community; Cultivates high morale and a Team culture within the Sheriff's Office; Performs general clerical and administrative duties, including answering public inquiries, filing, copying, data entry, accounts receivable, and assisting investigators and walk-in visitors; Researches, compiles, and prepares data for reports, presentations, and case files using established systems and sources; Processes requests for records and reports for the public, law enforcement agencies, insurance companies, and other authorized entities; Creates and uploads civil and criminal case information to the District Attorney's system; Processes Public Information Act requests and subpoenas; Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local crime reporting and statistical requirements; Provides lobby support by directing the public and agencies in person and by phone and routing calls to the correct agency personnel; Conducts daily name candidating; Performs other duties as assigned.
