Overview:
Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks, occasional travel for training purposes, participate in training sessions. Job Summary: Perform daily auditing functions from all stores by verifying paid-outs, voids, Department Total Reports and Sales Comparison Reports. This role is on-site and in-person.  Not a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Job Duties: <ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Audit sales report totals from the stores on a daily basis, verify accuracy and make corrections.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Provide store support and training, both on-site and via telephone, for bookkeeping functions as needed.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Balance cash-up totals and charge book to Accounts Receivable on a weekly and monthly basis.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Create and distribute bookkeeping procedures and memos as policies change</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Maintain daily bookkeeping forms.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Record coupon totals daily and bill coupons to the redemption center.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Advise loss prevention of potential bookkeeping irregularities. Send a report daily to loss prevention of large registers and shortages and run a monthly over and short report for all stores.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">File cash-ups and cash-up bags.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Provide back-up support for Bank Balance functions as needed.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for Bank Account reconciliation</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Enter Journal Entries</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:<ul><li>Required: High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Accounting, Business Administration or related field</li></ul> Experience:<ul><li>Preferred: 1-2 Years or more of General Ledger/Accounting experience</li><li>Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets</li></ul>Special Conditions of Employment:<ul><li>Drug test</li><li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li><li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li></ul>Compensation: $18.50-19.25 per hour The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.  KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
